Call for the Founding Congress of the Antiimperialist League
There is no doubt that World Reaction is doomed to be overthrown!
Imperialism is in the midst of its general crisis and decomposition. This obsolete reactionary system cannot resolve the crisis it is facing, because it contains the causes of this crisis within itself and reproduces them anew every day.
The deep crisis of imperialism leads the predatory bloodsuckers to increasingly direct themselves against one another, and their internal conflicts grow day by day. However, the main thing they are doing is placing the immense burden of their own crisis on the shoulders of those who have nothing. To achieve this, they intensify the oppression of the international working class and the oppressed peoples and nations, and deepen exploitation.
As they attempt to manage the great crisis they face, the imperialists openly display their barbarity.They expand their wars of aggression and strive for a new repartition. As events to date have clearly shown, they will continue on this path. From Latin America to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, they regard countries as booty to be repartitioned. We, the world proletariat and the oppressed peoples and nations, have shown time and again throughout history that this obsolete reactionary system cannot act without limits. We will once again demonstrate that we have the power to disrupt their plans.
Despite the heavy price that the international proletariat, the oppressed peoples and nations have paid throughout history and continue to pay today for their resistance, they are strengthening this resistance and carrying forward their assault on imperialism. We must further develop this resistance.
In doing so, we are not without alternatives. The history of class struggle has shown this through countless examples. This history has also demonstrated that the strength of the oppressed and exploited arises from their unity. The imperialists and their lackeys are deeply afraid of this unity. It appears terrifying to them. Therefore, our task is to strive even more forcefully to build this unity and turn it into a powerful reality.
In order to achieve victories and to win, we need a clear perspective directed at the foundations of imperialism. The international proletariat and the oppressed peoples and nations of the world, in their struggle, need an antiimperialist organization that is not aimed solely at specific phenomena of imperialism or at its individual expressions, but one that unites and advances the oppressed and exploited in the struggle against imperialism and its foundations. In light of this necessary and correct goal, we establish the Antiimperialist League. It expresses the great historical moment in which we find ourselves.
Only the organization and struggle of the billions of masses across the planet will be able to sweep the imperialists and their lackeys from the face of the earth. The masses are the makers of history, and without them nothing can be achieved. Therefore, it is the duty of the advanced sections of the people, the communists, the revolutionaries, the democrats, the conscious workers, the poor and landless peasants, the progressive intellectuals, and the students, to unite with the majority of the people, to overcome hesitation, and to mobilize the struggle of the overwhelming majority.
It is an urgent task to unite the international proletariat, the oppressed peoples and nations of the world, to put in motion a broad movement against the imperialist war, against the reaction and fascism. The conditions are favorable to unite the majority ofthe people against the imperialists and their running dogs.
We call for the foundation of an Antiimperialist International Organization, the international Antiimperialist League, to assume the indispensable task of forming a world antiimperialist front to advance the path of unifying the majority of the people against imperialism and the reaction, serving the People’s Wars, the national liberation struggles, and the proletarian and popular struggles of the whole world.
Unite the proletariat, the people, the oppressed peoples and nations to sweep away imperialism and their running dogs from the face of earth!
