In The Hague, in front of the Peace Palace: Protest calling to “Stop Operation Kagaar!”
In the Netherlands, in The Hague, antiimperialist revolutionary forces held a joint protest at 2:00 PM in front of the Peace Palace, which houses the International Court of Justice. During the demonstration, they protested against the operations and massacres carried out by the Indian state under the name “Operation Kagaar” targeting the Communist Party of India (Maoist).
The march continued to the Indian Consulate. In the speeches delivered there, the fascist Modi government was condemned, and calls were made to end the imperialist-backed attacks and crimes committed against the people in India.
Throughout the protest, the following slogans were chanted: “Long live the People’s War in India, Stop Operation Kagaar, Long live the Communist Party of India (Maoist), Comrade Basavaraj is immortal, Long live international solidarity, Let us strengthen the joint struggle against imperialism!”
The protest was attended by the Antiimperialist League (AIL), the Communist Committee of the Netherlands, the International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS), the Maya Solidarity Committee, Rotterdam Freedom Forces, and Partizan. The demonstration emphasized solidarity with the Communist Party of India (Maoist) in a spirit of internationalism.
