Solidarity actions in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku in support of the French student rebellion
Helsinki, Tampere and Turku have taken part in the solidarity campaign regarding the French student rebellion. In Helsinki (photos 1-6), leaflets were distributed and a demonstration was held at the French Embassy. The demonstration was successful regardless of the police’s attempt to intervene. (The banner “IT IS RIGHT TO REBEL!”) In Tampere (photos 7-12), leaflets were distributed in student areas and discussions with students about the student rebellion in France. In Turku (photos 13-14), leaflets were distributed to student areas and students were interviewed about their demands. Many students were worried about unemployment and its growth in Finland.
