Actions against “Operation Kagaar”
Responding to the call of the comrades of the Forum Against Corporatization and Militarization (FACAM) in India to make March 28 a Day of International Action against the genocidal “Operation Kagaar” and in support of the People’s War in India, the Corriente del Pueblo Sol Rojo and the Promoting Committee of the Anti-Imperialist League (Mexico) called for actions to be carried out across the country.
This is the report of the activities carried out.

A special supplement of the newspaper Periódico Mural, featuring FACAM’s call and a joint statement by CP-Sol Rojo and CP-LAI (Mexico), was distributed outside the Azteca Stadium. The leafleting took place during the protest of the searching mothers against the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Revolutionary activists from the Communist Action League (LAC) put up posters in the streets of the city of Tampico.
Oaxaca
Members of the Corriente del Pueblo Sol Rojo, the Promoting Committee of the LAI (Mexico), the Popular Women’s Movement (MFP-Mx), and the People’s Youth Brigades (BJP) carried out an intense day of agitation and propaganda in the zócalo of the “City of Resistance.” Thousands of copies of the special supplement of Periódico Mural were distributed, engaging in discussions with people who showed great interest and solidarity with the Indian people.
Posters and dazibaos were also put up on the walls of the “palace of ignominy” (government palace). Revolutionary activists removed the metal police barriers to access the arcades and corridors of the building, covering it with revolutionary propaganda.
A denunciation stand was set up on site with a central table displaying propaganda and books, including “On the Frontline of the Revolution” [Exclusive interview with the CPI (M)] and “Let Us Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the PLGA” [Call of the CPI (M)], both published by the Cultural and Scientific Study Center for Proletarian Revolution.
The day concluded with a spirited rally attended by around 50 comrades.
Through these actions, the revolutionaries in Anáhuac reaffirm their support for the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and the People’s War in India, which is approaching 59 years of uninterrupted struggle for the New Democratic Revolution. We reaffirm our active and militant proletarian internationalism and reject the genocidal “Operation Kagaar.”
