These major cuts are being carried out with the aim of Paying Chile’s foreign debt, as an oppressed, semi-feudal and Bureaucratic-Capitalist Country, which will go directly into the pockets of Yankee imperialism, mainly, and its magnates, under the Slogan:

which, as the Youth of the People, we must uphold, defending the conquests and expanding them in the Schools, High Schools, Universities and Houses of Study.
Likewise, raising up Manuel Gutiérrez, a 16-year-old Secondary School Student, murdered by the old state and Carabinero Miguel Millacura with an UZI (weapon of war and Zionist weapon), while he was watching a demonstration, being murdered in the midst of a day of Popular Protest, where the People demanded a Free, National, Scientific Education and one at the service of the People.
