Week of solidarity with the People’s War in India
As we previously reported, the International Anti-Imperialist League (AIL) called for a week of solidarity with the People’s War in India. We are going to share a brief report on some actions that have been carried out during the week of September 27 to October 4 in the cities of Madrid and Valencia.
Madrid
During Sol Encampment, activists from the Revolutionary Committee of Madrid (CRM) set up a table with propaganda. In it there were copies of our newspaper Servir al Pueblo and also pamphlets about the People’s War, about Comrade Basavaraj and a pamphlet from the Spanish section of the AIL relating the genocide in Palestine and in India, as two struggles that must be united.

There were also agitations at the Complutense University of Madrid, where pamphlets were distributed, posters were put up and students were talked to about the repression in India and the resistance of the people and the People’s War.

On Sunday, October 4, a demonstration for Palestine took place in which thousands of people participated. During the demonstration, slogans were shouted such as: “The armed struggle is justified!”, “The stolen lands will be recovered!” or “Intifada!” The Spanish section of the Anti-Imperialist League participated in the demonstration and distributed pamphlets.
